I greatly enjoyed this beautifully designed hotel. the room was spacious with an excellent breakfast. Having a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, and towels was a bonus. the location was stunning in the middle of Jackson, and the staff here was super friendly.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the delicious three-course dinner served in their cozy dining room. I also loved exploring their cute garden and enjoying the functional pool. Despite some minor inconveniences like varying water pressure and difficulty finding the Flemish channels on TV, my overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hidden gem for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

We had an amazing stay at Il Etait Une Fois! the family-run business took great care of us and paid attention to every detail. the family rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful design that combined modern and old elements. the restaurant surprised us with its delicious and locally sourced food, offering a mix of rustic and fine dining. the breakfast was also delightful. We loved the cute garden and though the pool was small, it served its purpose. the property was beautifully renovated with natural stone and wood, creating a tasteful ambiance. Frederic, the owner, was welcoming and an excellent chef. We highly recommend this place!
